    As a SOLSTICE Co-Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s trusted partner helping to own the operation and success of your location, ensuring the store is consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals and company standards. Our Co-Managers lead by example, reinforcing our service and selling expectations and creating an outstanding store experience.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Includes all Selling Specialist and Keyholder duties, as well as:

    • Model and lead store selling and service efforts, ensuring personal goals are met, while driving store sales, productivity and mystery shop results
    • In the absence of the Store Manager, or as assigned, operate as the Manager-on-Duty
    • Self-motivated/takes initiative to ensure all operational functions are being completed accurately and timely; delegate, direct and prioritize tasks, as needed
    • Stay up-to-date with Corporate communication; ensure the store team is kept informed through the Daily Focus/Communication Binder, touchbases, store meetings etc.
    • Partner with the Store Manager in training and supervision of the team to drive results and develop and maintain selling, service, and product knowledge skills; coach and guide Selling Specialists and Keyholders
    • When the Store Manager is not present, communicate as needed with the store’s District Manager (DM) and Regional Manager (RM)
    • Partner with SM, DM, RM and/or Loss Prevention to address concerns related to unsatisfactory performance and policy violations in a timely matter
    • Assist the Store Manager with team recruiting, interviewing and hiring
    • Create and promote strong business relationships with vendors, mall management and local businesses
    • Owns personal development; actively listens and accepts feedback, direction and guidance
    • In the long term absence of a Store Manager, the Co-Manager may be assigned additional responsibilities; in these instances, a District Manager will act as the Co-Manager’s immediate supervisor
    • Other duties deemed necessary

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Prior retail sales management and customer service experience necessary; experience with luxury goods a plus
    • Passion for fashion, trends and style
    • Demonstrate strong leadership ability; approachable, engaging and proven conflict resolution skills
    • Operates well in a fast-paced environment; adapts well to changes in traffic patterns, environments, tasks, etc.; proven time management and organizational skills
